Each of the blocks represents a different trope, scheme or literary device.  They are placed on the table alongside related terms to allow students and teachers to better understand the subtle connections and differences.

Workshops to accompany the Metaphoric Table's presentation can focus on particular groups of terms or single terms to be studied in depth.
